2.     Auto-Fill Customer Details
Customer name, email, address, and contract terms are automatically filled in the document using Salesforce data.

3.     Customer Signs Electronically
The customer receives an email and can sign the document instantly from any device—no printing or scanning needed.

4.     Track Document Status
The team can see in Salesforce whether a document is “Sent”, “Viewed”, or “Signed”.

5.     Save Signed Documents Automatically
Once the customer signs, the final signed PDF is automatically saved in Salesforce under the related record.
