The below information is used to customize the salesforce logo.
Step 1: Go to Setup home.
Step 2: Go to Apps > App Manager.
Step 3: Select the App which App do you want to change Logo.
Step 4: Upload Image and Click Save Button.
Step 5: Go to App Launcher.
You can see the customized logo instead of default logo. This information is very helpful to administrator to work with logo.
