Setup Email Signature
When we send email using email alert or using classes, we can set default email signature by following methods:
- Signature Footer.
- Personal email signature.
Signature Footer:
We can setup the email signature footer by the following steps,
Step 1: To navigate data import wizard (Classic) go to setup à Administer à Email Administration à Email Footer or type Email footer in quick find box and click on Email footer.
To navigate data import wizard (Lightning) go to setup à Administration à Email à Email Footer or type Email footer in quick find box and click on Email footer.
Step 2: Click new and enter the name, signature and select the active for single email and active for mass email and select the email encoding.
Step 3: Click Save.
Personal email signature:
We can set the email signature in the personal profile by the following steps
Step 1: To navigate data import wizard (Classic) go to My Settings -> Email -> My Email Settings and click on My Email Settings.
Step 2: Type Email Signature and click Save.
