This is a standard feature in salesforce account object to show the google map of the standard address field.
This default feature is not available in ‘Developer Edition’.
How to disable this feature in your organization :
Setup -> Customize -> Maps and Locations -> Settings -> Enable Maps and Location Services
then uncheck this option
