We demonstrate creation for lightening application, component, and CSS. So it is helpful you can work in mobile phone/desktop with flexible through Salesforce.
Step – 1: First to open Developer Console.
Step – 2: Please do the below steps.
Application:
File -> New -> Lightening Application
Component:
File -> New -> Lightening Component
Css:
After open component then press Ctl+Shift+4 to automatically create CSS file for component same steps do in the application also.
(Note: Shortcuts shown on right side of the page).
Step – 3: Run application by Click ‘Preview’ on application page
