If we are going to provide the service to customer regularly(Weekly, Monthly, Daily) for the same site we need to generate the invoice repeatedly based on the service type.
The Recurring invoice feature makes this to simple work for generating the invoice in Field Service Management. It will generate the invoice automatically based on the Recurring invoice details.
Recurring invoice Details having the information of
Recurring Invoice Type: It has four options 1.Daily 2.Weekly 3.Monthly4.date Specific.
1. Daily: Generating invoice daily up to a number of occurrences.
2. Weekly: Generating invoice weekly up to a number of occurrences.
3. Monthly: Generating invoice monthly up to a number of occurrences.
A number of Day’s:
If we are choosing ‘Date specific’ option We must give this value.If we give 3 means it will generate the invoice 3 days once.
If we are choosing ‘Date specific’ option We must give this value.If we give 3 means it will generate the invoice 3 days once.
Number of Occurrences:
It will stop the invoice automatic generation based on this value.

Count of Invoice:It
It shows how many invoices has been generated till.
